Let me start off by just saying… I cannot say enough good things about Jenna. Her communication was stellar - she took time to answer our questions and was quick to schedule showings. Her work ethic was unmatched - she was so committed to helping us find a place, even at 8.5 months pregnant! Her knowledge of the industry made purchasing my first home a breeze - the whole process took less than 2 months. On top of all that, Jenna’s calm demeanor helped keep us grounded throughout a typically stressful process. Seriously could not have asked for a better agent, thank you Jenna.

We are so grateful for our fantastic experience with Jenna Forti! Truth is that buying/selling property, looking at locations, and moving, (not to mention afterward if there are repairs or renovations to look forward to), the whole process can be very stressful and tedious no matter how well it goes. When you have an agent who goes SO above and beyond they video call showings for you, pick you up to take you to multiple showings and talk about the neighborhoods, and help you lock in your dream property in the middle of a pandemic with a housing crises...you know you have an amazing agent! But for me, that part of the process is really the fun part. Where she truly excelled was after the offer was accepted. I know Hawaii has some unique things when it comes to purchasing, but Jenna really spent a great deal of time making sure we not only understood the contracts but had everything signed when we were supposed to along the way. That may sound simple, but it is quite the process. There were so many little things that showed she enjoys the process of helping people find their new home. We are truly grateful we happened to stop in for a showing at an open house Jenna was hosting.

Aside from being super on the pulse of the market, Jenna’s ability to communicate and understand our needs was really on point. She provided a market analysis which helped us to decide to sell and at what price. She is proactive and attentive which was really refreshing after dealing with so many lazy realtors.
